Initial Free Consultation & Estimate
We'll schedule a time for Jude to come to your home for a consultation. He'll take dimensions of your space, talk with you about your goals and budget, discuss the scope of work, and provide ideas on how to best tailor your renovation to fit your needs and lifestyle. Our team will then write up a comprehensive estimate for your project - all at no cost to you!
Material Selection & Design Work
If you decide to move forward, our designer Mary will step in to guide you in the material selection process. Each project is unique, so we tailor our selection process to your specific needs. After an introductory call with Mary so she can better understand your style preferences and goals, she can either recommend shops for you to visit and look at samples yourself, or she can do the legwork for you and assemble collections for your consideration until we find the perfect pieces! She can also help with layout ideas if we are reconfiguring your space.
Revise & Finalize Quote
After all materials are chosen (tile, countertops, cabinets, hardware, etc.), we'll revise your estimate with adjusted prices to finalize your quote. We'll also request a deposit at this time so we can lock in your project on our labor schedule and begin ordering your materials so that everything is ready to go when our crew begins tear-out.
Begin Tear Out & Renovation Labor
Now we'll hand over the plans to Jude and our crew, who will begin demolition and start creating your new beautiful space! The crew will be in touch with you daily to communicate schedules and keep you updated each step of the way.
